Qudify is a horizontal SaaS for enterprises and MSMEs focused on replacing paper with QR codes to ensure operational efficiency and decarbonisation for a sustainable future.
Understand the Context
Despite the rise of hybrid work and digital tools, a 2024 survey found that 74% of participants whose companies do not use meeting room booking software reported it can take up to 10 minutes to find an available meeting room.
Modern offices are evolving, but most still book meeting rooms using manual methods, such as whiteboards, spreadsheets, or verbal coordination.
This can lead to scheduling conflicts, wasted time, and reduced productivity. In today’s fast-paced world, there is a clear need for a more efficient, digital booking solution.


Objective
To design a real-time meeting room booking system that simplifies the booking process, reduces scheduling conflicts, and integrates with team calendars. The goal is to offer a faster, more reliable, and user-friendly solution that supports urgent and flexible bookings, making it ideal for the pace of modern work.
Pain Points
A closer look at the common problems employees face during the meeting room booking process. From confusion to last-minute coordination hassles.

Confusing and time-consuming process
Without software, booking a meeting room becomes a slow, frustrating task, especially in large offices with multiple teams competing for space.
